The “Ginepraia” Homestead is a prestigious villa with pool situated on the crest of a hill in the heart of the land of the Etruscans just a few kilometers from the sea and famous places like Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Volterra and S. Gimignano.
The Ginepraia homestead has been finely restored respecting the typical Tuscan style and offers 20 beds in rooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.
If necessary, the house can be divided into two comfortable and independent apartments, 10 beds each. The farm has a total of 9 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Two are on the ground floor and can be accessed directly from the garden while the others are on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a private lounge where two extra beds can be added. All rooms have air conditioning.
All ground floor rooms have access to the garden that surrounds the house.
